Starting in 2011, the Right Care Initiative is launching new categories of award levels based on health plan performance. The awards will establish platinum, gold, silver, and bronze levels of performance. We are standardizing our awards, which will set a benchmark that plans can strive to reach in the most important areas of care management, acknowledging excellent performance in preventing heart attacks, strokes, and diabetic complications.
